**Child Psychologists - Content Writing for Children Products**

**About the Role**

We’re building a **dynamic team of Child Psychologists** to collaborate with our content and design departments in **creating meaningful content for children.**

Your deep understanding of **child development, learning psychology, and inclusive education** will help us craft engaging, research-based play experiences for **both neurotypical and special-needs children** (ages 2-12).

**What You’ll Do**
- **Create and develop age-appropriate content** for educational products.
- **Transform psychological insights** into playful, skill-building experiences across literacy, numeracy, EVS, and social-emotional domains.
- **Collaborate** with writers, educators, and designers to ensure every product is accurate, creative, and inclusive.
- **Adapt materials** for children with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.
- **Write clear teacher and parent guides** to explain the developmental goals behind each game.
- Align all content with **NCF/NEP 2020** and play-based learning principles.

**Who You Are**
- Master’s in **Child / Developmental / Educational Psychology**.
- 2-5 years’ experience in **children’s education, therapy, or learning content creation**.
- Strong grasp of **early childhood education frameworks** and inclusive teaching methods.
- Excellent **writing and communication skills** — able to simplify complex ideas for young learners.
- Creative, thoughtful, and passionate about **making learning fun and accessible** to every child.

Pay: ₹11,237.56 - ₹22,811.98 per month
