**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their fire safety needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- **Sales Pitching**: Present and explain the features and benefits of fire safety products, including extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers, etc.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Order Processing**: Manage and process orders, ensuring timely delivery and excellent post-sales support.
- **Reporting**: Maintain sales records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **inside sales** or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or safety equipment.
- Strong **communication** and **negotiation** skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical information regarding fire safety products.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** and **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in **English** and **Hindi** (knowledge of Marathi is a plus).

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Sales**, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,150.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
