Just Lobo's Goa, a family-style restaurant & bar serving a wide variety of popular cuisines, including Goan, Tandoor, Asian, Continental, Italian, & Arabian all through the year, Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 11:30 pm is looking for an expert cook who has expertise in making mouth-watering dishes from all of the above hot cuisines.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Cook at Just Lobo's Goa, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing food according to recipes, using standard methods and techniques
- Following safety procedures in the kitchen to prevent injuries, such as wearing appropriate clothing such as hats and hairnets
- Communicating with other staff members regarding menu changes and new menu items
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure proper sanitation and food safety standards are being met
- Cooking food according to recipes and specifications for taste, texture, and appearance
- Purchasing ingredients and supplies needed for recipes and menu items
- Maintaining inventory of supplies by restocking items as needed
- Preparing food in large quantities using large stoves or grills
- Following specific food preparation guidelines, such as health codes, recipe instructions, and pantry inventory records

**Education**:ADiploma or a degree in Hotel Management from a reputed institution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
