**_ROLE DIRECTORY_** **Grade**: - JM3**Function**: - Manufacturing**Location**: - PDRI**Department**: - Production**Qualification**: - B- Tec mehanical/ Electrical**Role Title**: - Oil Mill Excutive**Roles & Responsiblities, Role Specification & Key Deliverables of the Role** **Role Synopsis** - The role would primarly involve Manpower Allocation & shift Handling, DPR circualtion ,communicating and collaborationg accross departments ,daily production related entries, Induction to new joinees on OM operations, new project development & implementation, Participating in audits and documentaton of various reports pertaning to production.**Key Duties & Responsiblities** - Manpower Allocation and handling the operation during the respective shifts.- Ensure the Silo's are used based on FIFO and keep the shif workers informed on the same.- Decide and Finalize on various factors such as -Conditions on which the cutter is to be taken for Production,pressure to be maintained at Boiler ,Stage Pressure, on the expeller to be used or Recrushing,expellers to be used in stage 2,day tanks to be taken, Allocation of House keeping manpower in OM etc.- Handle and monitor maintenance related to breakdowns,feedcut etc.- Circulation of the Daily Production report among the respective departments.- Ensure prodcution entries are entered throguh SAP.- Ensure Farm Tank utilization as Per PQA allotment specification.- Monitor and ensure Farm Tank Cleaning takes place as per schedule.- Monitor ,evaluate the output of the expellers and identify condition based warm changes.- Direct operators to detect and evaluate steam leak.- Control and monitor the the colour,clarity of oil.- Proactively plan incase of functioning of OM during off days. ( Information to be passed to HR ,RMHS,ENG Store & PQA.- Plan and execute the stock taking activities during month end closure.- Play the role of an FPR in case of evacuation as per ERP.- Ensure smooth rapport with the members and sense and pass feelers on the IR scenario proactively.- Proactively Identify and study deviations in KPI's and determine solutions to deviations.**Sceondary Duties & Responsiblities** - Vendor Identification and freezing the budget for projects.- Coordination and assisting in various engagement, safety ,training activities pertaining to Shopfloor In house- Ensuring escalation of areas related to Hygiene, infra ,cleanliness to the HR department.- Holding discussions with the supervisor on PDP and MBR and finalizing the goal and developmement plan for the same.- Coodination and Support for various Audits such as MBEM, COSO, FSMS, OSHAS ,SAFETY etc**Role Specification** **Technical Skills** **Behaviourial Traits** **Personal Attributes** **Good SAP knowledge** **Job knownledge and Application** **Should be physically fit and be familiar with working in a Plant (Shopfloor) set up.** **Computer literatcy(word,Excel ,power point)** **Work organisation** **Communication** **Collaboration** **Decision Making** **Service & Result Delivery** **Nature of Experience & Exposure** **Good experience and exposure in Manufacturing process and sound knowledge in maintenance and fucntional mechanisms of Rotary equipments.
