Hiring **"SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Senior Solutions Architect"** As an SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting company's global trade operations, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, and optimizing the flow of goods and services across borders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and maintain the SAP GTS module **Duties and responsibilities of this position include**: - **SAP GTS Configuration**: Customize and configure the SAP GTS module to align with the company's global trade compliance requirements, including tariff classification, export control, import/export compliance, and product classification. - **Compliance Management**: Lead the design and implementation of compliance processes, including sanctioned party list screening, embargo checks, and legal control, ensuring adherence to global trade regulations. - **Customs Management**:Drive the configuration and optimization of import/export declaration processes and customs procedures to support efficient and compliant cross-border operations. - **Risk Management**: Oversee the setup of product classification, preference determination, and origin management to reduce duty costs and ensure regulatory alignment across regions. - **Electronic Compliance Reporting**: Enable seamless integration with government platforms by configuring electronic filing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of trade documents. - **Trade Compliance Management**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain effective trade compliance processes, including import/export documentation, embargo/sanction list screening, and restricted party screening. - **Data Management**: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the SAP GTS system, including the maintenance of product master data, customs information, and compliance documentation. - **Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor international trade activities and perform regular audits to identify and address potential compliance issues. Generate reports to track and analyze trade compliance performance and key metrics. - **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues to enhance their understanding of SAP GTS functionality, compliance requirements, and best practices. - **Regulatory Updates**: Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations and trade compliance laws to ensure the company's ongoing compliance and make necessary system adjustments. - **Troubleshooting**: Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting SAP GTS-related issues and implementing solutions to resolve system and process discrepancies. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations**: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. - Advanced degrees and SAP certifications are a plus. - Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP GTS, with a minimum of 7+ years in a similar role. - Strong understanding of international trade compliance regulations, customs procedures, and trade finance. - Proficiency in SAP GTS modules, SAP ECC, or S/4HANA, and SAP Business Intelligence (BI) tools. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. **Job Type**: Permanent Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹4,800,000.00 per year Application Question(s): - Do you have Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP GTS, with a minimum of 7+ years in a similar role.?
