Supervisor - FP&A, BU controller Industrial BU India, will be responsible for end-to-end FP&A for TE India and BU controlling for Industrial BU.

The position will also hold responsibility for the Budgets/Actuals for all corporate functions like Finance, HR, IT, etc. Will be responsible for Budget and cost allocation for all teams operating in Global Shared service and Engineering centers. Will work on overall working capital management, cash flow across various BU and Indian entities. Will be responsible for managing Entity wide DOA (Delegation of authority) in the SAP, corporate reporting and cost accounting and Inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for TE India Corporate FP&A
- Responsible for budget, forecast and tracking actuals for all corporate functions such as Finance, HR, IT, etc.
- Working closely with all the BU Controller, BU head and CFO to monitor and regulate performance, analyze results, suggest corrective measures.
- Be the Analytical contact point of the organization and the “to go to person” in terms of business performance, historical, current and future.
- Drive cost improvements, cash flow improvements and Product margin analysis.
- Responsible for Inventory reporting and valuation for both corporate reporting and Statutory reporting.
- Monthly business updates and reviews.
- Support internal and External Audits with business forecast and insights.
- Prepare and Drive entity budget with inputs from various BU.
- Responsible for end-to-end controlling for Industrial BU, work closely with the Industrial leadership team for preparation and adherence to long term plan also play active role with the leadership
- CA with additional qualifications like ICWA and MBA
- 5+ years of experience in all facets of finance with focus on reporting, analysis of large data in a complex business set-up
- Experience in working with Global companies with a matrix organization and sales turnover of 500 crores and above preferred
- Excellent Presentation and communication skill
- Strong Analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS office, Mainly Excel and Power Point
- Assertive, thinking out of the box and questioning ability
