**Position** : Sales Representative

**Location** : West Medinipur_Ghatal

**Qualification**: Graduation/HS Pass

**Experience **:3 to 4yrs of Experience in FMCG Industry.
- Sales Generation through Daily market working (Complying the norms - TC/PC, Order Collection, Bill preparation).
- Ensure to achieve Primary and secondary sales target ( Monthly/QTRLY/ANNUALLY).
- Sales generation and monitoring of Distributor Sales Man.
- Planning of Proper Beat/Route aligning with DB for secondary.
- Generating Sale through the Salesman of DB with daily review mechanism.
- Scheme regularization in the market (ensuring the Primary & Secondary schemes are pass on to Retailers / Whole Sales).
- Ensuring the Companies Products Visibility in the assigned market & utilization of POP materials and conduct promotional activities.
- Take initiative/planning for New Products Launches.
- Attendance, SR to be present in for minimum 22 days Retailing (Field Work) in the market physically.
- Ensuring New DB appointment & Proper market launches with the help of seniors.
- Ensure timely submission of distributors’ delivery report.
- Ensure timely submission of DB stock & stock analysis.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
