**Overview**:
The Finance Executive will play a critical role in our IPO preparations, ensuring financial compliance, reporting accuracy, and strategic financial planning. This position requires a strong understanding of capital markets and fund raise, regulatory requirements, and financial operations. Overview of financials statement to ensure compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements and review of company's capital structure and financing strategies, including evaluating capital raising options such as equity offerings, debt financing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IPO Preparation**: Lead the financial aspects of the IPO process, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of financial statements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and reporting requirements, working closely with legal advisors and auditors.
- **Financial Reporting**: Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards.
- **Investor Relations**: Assist in developing investor presentations and materials to communicate financial performance and growth strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work with legal, marketing, and executive teams to align on IPO strategy and execution.
- **Due Diligence**: Support due diligence activities, preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries from potential investors and analysts.
- **Strategic Planning**: Participate in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support the IPO timeline and objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and lead finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on IPO processes and capital markets.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance related to public offerings.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working in fast-paced environments.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per month
