**Job Description - Accounts Executive (Mid-Level)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze **MIS reports** to help management make informed decisions.
- Assist in **budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.**:

- Track **customer payments** and follow up to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of **invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.**:

- Work closely with internal teams to track and manage **customer financial requirements.**:

- Reconcile **bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.**:

- Support in **audit preparations and compliance-related documentation.**:

- Ensure that all financial transactions comply with company policies and **regulatory requirements.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3 to 4 years** of experience in accounts/finance, preferably in an IT company.
- Strong skills in **MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.**:

- Good knowledge of **accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial regulations.**:

- Experience in **payment follow-ups and tracking receivables/payables.**:

- Proficiency in **Excel, Tally, and accounting software.**:

- Detail-oriented with **strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.**:

- Experience in handling **accounts for an IT services or consulting company.**

**Salary Range**:
**₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month** (depending on interview and experience).
