**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Contact potential clients to inform them about our insurance products and services using scripts.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and terms, and provide detailed information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Pay: ₹8,412.62 - ₹24,912.90 per month
