**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality, engaging instruction in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tally Prime, GST, and Power BI to students.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with the institute's standards and meet student needs.
- Offer practical, hands-on training that includes advanced Excel techniques (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, MIS Reports) and advanced Tally Prime concepts.
- Continuously update teaching methods and content to stay aligned with industry trends and software updates.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests and assignments, providing feedback for improvement.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract more students to the programs.
- Collaborate with the institute's counselors, administration, and other departments to ensure smooth functioning and growth.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching MS Office, Tally Prime, GST, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel features such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- Experience in teaching accounting concepts and handling practical scenarios in Tally Prime & GST.
- Experience in preparing dashboards, financial reports, and MIS reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and make the learning process engaging.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple departments, including marketing and student services, is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with student counseling and training coordination.
- Experience in handling business development initiatives in an educational setting.
- Strong team leadership and project management skills.
