**This company is in Media and IT based.**

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

The role requires meticulous maintenance of accounting records,reconciliation of accounts, and support in audit preparations.

Handle Tally Prime for all accounting activities.

Preparing statements for GSTR-1

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with relevant

accounting principles and regulations.

Calculate TDS as per the Income Tax Act.

Perform reconciliations of accounts, including bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries.

Reconciliation with vendor bill

Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.

Assisting with annual audit preparations.

Payment follow-up to be done as per due dates.

Documentation related to banking transaction.

Handle bank remittances and foreign remittances.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and labor laws (PF, ESIC, etc.).

Track expenses of onsite traveling staff.

Assist the Account Manager with all accounting tasks.

Perform any other related tasks as and when required.

Coordinate office administration activities.

Manage office maintenance, AMCs, and inventory management.

Managing Inward-Outwards

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Proven relevant work experience in Accounts
- Working Knowledge of Bank Remittance
- Working knowledge of tax laws, GST and accounting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Tally-Prime, Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

**QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- **Prior experience in accounts - 4-5yrs**:

- **Should have a Bachelor’s degree in commerce preferably Bcom.**:

- **Experience in Tally Prime, critical enteries and Excel is must**:

- **Experience in Handling Bank transactions and coordination**

**Work Day: 6 days**

**Location: Lower Parel**

**Salary : Max 30- 40 K per month**

Pay: ₹10,123.79 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:
