**Job Title**:Business Strategist

We are seeking an individual to join our team Infimobile as a Business Strategist.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop promotional activities.
- Staying up-to-date with the company’s products and services.
- Following up the Digital Media team.
- Helping customers with their queries and advising them on the purchase of products and services.
- Building and maintaining long-term business relations with customers.
- Assisting in drafting business proposals and contracts.
- Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Analyze financial information and industry trends to determine financial needs, and recommend needful.
- Monitoring progress & tracking roadblocks.
- Manage customer communications.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Monitor business competitors.
- Follow up the projects
- Have to track Deliveries
- Maintain the record of the orders

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and courteous when dealing with challenging situations.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
