Job Title: Digital Marketing Interns / Executives / Freshers

Reports To: Team Lead, Digital Marketing

Employment Type: Full Time

**Salary**: 15,000 to 35,000 per month

Job Brief:
**Requirements**:

- Fluent written as well as oral communication skills is mandatory
- Must be able to do free hand typing, should have good Computer Skills - mandatory
- Should be punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- A good team player who is happy to upgrade his/her knowledge on the job
- Fresher can also apply.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain a good relationship with all the existing clients and have a regular collaboration with them when needed

Call new clients and explain to them about our products and services

Experienced & Fresher in sales or customer service
- Must be able to work comfortably with English and American clients
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school/diploma; BSc/BA/ any Graduation will be a plus
