**Roles and Responsibilities of Production Supervisor**

**Planning**:

- Oversee two departments: PET - 2 variants, PP
- Monitoring and allocation of manpower
- Scheduling overtime when target behind schedule
- Optimal utilization of manpower
- Involve in daily production and planning
- Daily meeting with Production Manager and Customer care & Sales Executive and prepare production plan

**Production and Maintenance**:

- Responsible for achieving daily target
- ISO 22000 implementation in end-to-end production process
- Troubleshooting breakdown issues and resolving
- Monitoring and control of production and filling activities
- Handles and monitor the duties of disposal cleaning and PP line dispatch
- To Ensure that Manufacturing premises and labour as per the FSSAI norms
- Check machinery maintenance SOP is followed by operator during the production of PP & PET

**Record Maintenance**:

- PP and Pet bottles quality and quantity monitoring and record maintenance
- Packing materials such as film rolls, sleeves quantity and quality monitoring and update the status

**Safety and Hygiene Standards**:

- Labor Guidance
- Ensure employee safety on the shop floor
- Maintain hygiene and cleaning in the plant

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
Supervises the following designation to ensure the smooth running of the production:

- Labors
- Operators

Decision Making Responsibilities:

- Labor interchange allocation, job planning and batch reduction
- Confirmation only after Managing Director’s Approval

Physical job demands:

- 10 daily working hours and Overtime (if required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
