**Compensation**: Base salary, plus bonus (negotiable, based on a 20%-30% hike from current CTC)

**Education**:

- 4-year university degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (BTech / MTech / MCA required)
- One or more technical certifications in Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes, VMWare, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is required

As an **Infrastructure Architect**, you will be responsible for designing infrastructure solutions to support the deployment of Software products. You will work on creating CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure, addressing vulnerabilities, and ensuring system reliability through monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud and on-premise infrastructures, security best practices, and operational systems in environments like RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and VMWare.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements, supporting Software product deployment.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for software in **RedHat OpenShift**, **Kubernetes**, and **VMWare** environments.
- Manage infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with product teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Patch and maintain virtual machines, containerized solutions, and database systems.
- Deploy monitoring systems to ensure system reliability.
- Design and implement solutions for resiliency, backup, and disaster recovery (DR).
- Implement logging and monitoring systems to meet operational needs.
- Manage security requirements, including encryption, vulnerability management, and access controls.
- Collaborate in a cross-cultural, geographically distributed team.
- Implement ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- 4+ years of experience in designing and delivering infrastructure solutions in public or private cloud environments.
- Proficiency in **VMWare**, **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, **OpenShift**.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like **Ansible**, **Jenkins**, **Azure DevOps**.
- Expertise in **RedHat** or other major **Linux** variants, including scripting.
- Knowledge of databases (Key-Value, Relational, and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms like **GCP**, **AWS**, **Azure** is a plus.
- Familiarity with security best practices, including encryption, access control, and vulnerability management.
- Proficient in ITIL-based processes and DevOps/monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and business partners.
- Customer-facing experience is a plus.

**Travel**:

- 20-30% travel required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
