**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Delivery**:

- Safely deliver cars to customers as per the scheduled delivery dates and times.
- Ensure that the vehicle is in pristine condition at the time of delivery, performing pre-delivery inspections.
- Drive the vehicle carefully and responsibly, ensuring safety standards and traffic regulations are followed at all times.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers during the vehicle delivery process, ensuring they have all the information they need about their new car.
- Provide a thorough walk-around of the vehicle, explaining its features, specifications, and any additional products or services.
- Answer any questions the customer may have regarding their new car and its operation.
- **Documentation**:

- Complete all necessary paperwork related to the vehicle delivery, including delivery confirmation, inspection reports, and any required legal documents.
- Collect payments or ensure payment details are processed if required.
- Ensure the customer receives all required documents (e.g., warranty cards, user manuals, registration documents).
- **Vehicle Inspection**:

- Perform a detailed pre-delivery inspection of the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to the appropriate departments and ensure they are addressed before delivery.
- Verify that all vehicle accessories, parts, and documents are present before delivery.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate delivery schedules and routes.
- Track and maintain delivery schedules, keeping customers informed about any delays or changes.
- Ensure the correct vehicle is delivered to the right customer and location.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect customer feedback on the delivery experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns immediately, escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- **Post-Delivery Support**:

- Provide post-delivery assistance, including answering any follow-up questions regarding the vehicle or its operation.
- Assist in arranging vehicle pickup for servicing, maintenance, or returns if required.
- **Vehicle Maintenance and Safety**:

- Maintain the delivery vehicle in clean, functional, and safe condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during vehicle delivery and transportation.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Keep detailed records of all deliveries made, including delivery times, customer details, and any special instructions.
- Report any issues, damages, or discrepancies to the delivery or logistics supervisor for follow-up.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
