Project: Mace is providing PMC Services for a redevelopment project in Ahmedabad.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Contributing in value engineering at various stages through localization of concepts & market research which leads to a good amount of cost savings.
- Working closely with the liaison team to get all the authority approvals and ensured the design meets the requirements of the local norms.
- Reviewing construction documents to foresee prospective site issues and resolve them on the drawing board with all the consultants involved.
- Preparing design brief and sharing it with architects, ensuring the design efficiencies and compliance of local regulations.
- Closing coordination with the site team, architects, contractors and all stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects.
- Creating design solutions through sketches, details etc. to problems that occur during the construction process, keeping the design intent intact.
- Ensuring the design delivery schedule is in line with the project timelines.
- Coordinating with the planning and strategy team.
- Maintaining the design intent and getting it translated through construction documents to shop drawings.
- Managing the contractor and consultant teams and following ups with the in-house procurement team for quality checks.
- Coordinating with the cost management team for value engineering solutions to curtail costs.

**About you**

You have a master degree qualification in systems design from IIT or NIT and are a member of a professional body. You will have a capability of Drawing Management Systems. You have experience of leading design coordination (all disciplines
- Structure/ Architecture/ Interiors / MEPF/Landscaping).

You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
