
Marketing/sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the automobile sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s automobile products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, including analysis of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales approaches.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile sales.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the automobile industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in marketing strategies and digital sales platforms.
- Familiarity with the local automobile market and customer base.
