**Job Summary**:
The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the academic programs and ensuring excellence in curriculum delivery, teacher performance, and student outcomes. The role involves supporting teachers, monitoring academic progress, coordinating exams, and ensuring curriculum compliance with educational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the academic curriculum across all grade levels.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure lesson plans align with school standards and educational goals.
- Monitor and analyze student performance data to guide instructional improvements.
- Organize and conduct academic meetings, workshops, and teacher training sessions.
- Ensure timely conduct and proper evaluation of exams, assignments, and other assessments.
- Maintain academic records and prepare reports for school leadership and parents.
- Assist in teacher recruitment, evaluation, mentoring, and professional development.
- Coordinate co-curricular and enrichment programs that support the academic mission.
- Liaise with parents regarding academic progress and concerns.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and CBSE/ICSE/ State Board(as applicable) guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks and academic planning.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of educators.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools for education and reporting.
