**Job Title**: Academic Coordinator

**Reports To**: Principal / School Head

**Job Timing**: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm

**Salary CTC**: 45000 - 50000 per month

**Job Summary**:
The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the academic performance of the school, ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines, fostering innovative teaching methods, and creating an environment that supports students' and teachers' growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Design and oversee the implementation of the curriculum in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Coordinate and integrate co-curricular activities into the curriculum.

**2. Teacher Supervision and Development**:

- Mentor and support teachers in instructional methods and classroom management.
- Organize and conduct teacher training workshops to enhance teaching skills.
- Conduct regular classroom observations to evaluate teaching effectiveness and provide feedback.

**3. Academic Monitoring and Assessment**:

- Monitor and ensure proper execution of lesson plans.
- Oversee the assessment process, including preparation of question papers and evaluation methodologies.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and organize remedial classes if needed.

**4. Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with all CBSE rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Prepare and submit reports, records, and documentation required by CBSE or school authorities.

**5. Student Development**:

- Monitor and analyze students' academic performance to identify trends and address concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to address individual learning needs.
- Initiate programs for overall academic excellence, including Olympiads, debates, and other competitions.

**6. Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between the management, teachers, students, and parents for academic matters.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Address and resolve academic issues raised by teachers, students, or parents.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed. is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum and academic regulations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching or academic administrative experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable plans for improvement.
