**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in line with legal and company guidelines
- Review expenses, payroll records, and related financial data as assigned
- Update financial databases for accuracy and accessibility
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Support senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing activities
- Assist with additional accounting projects as needed

**Requirements for Success**:

- Proven experience in Accounts/Finance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical ability with comfort in working with numbers
- Expertise in **MS Excel**:

- Hands-on experience with **Zoho Modules**:

- High attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com (Preferred: M.Tech / MCA)
- **Experience**: Minimum 2+ years in finance or accounting roles
