**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excel and Tableau Trainer to join our team. As an Excel and Tableau Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups, equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively utilize Excel and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and handouts, tailored to various skill levels and learning styles.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on Excel and Tableau concepts, functionalities, and best practices.
- Assess trainees' learning needs and adjust training content and delivery methods accordingly.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed to enhance their understanding and proficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Excel and Tableau software and incorporate relevant updates into training materials and sessions.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Assist in marketing and promoting training services to attract new clients or participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and analysis and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Tableau, with advanced knowledge of data analysis, visualization techniques, and formulae/functions in Excel.
- Proven experience in delivering training or educational sessions, preferably in Excel and Tableau or related software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of trainees.
- Patience and empathy in assisting learners with varying levels of expertise.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs and schedules.
- Certification in Excel and Tableau (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate) is a plus.
- Prior experience in curriculum development or instructional design is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
