**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback and satisfaction.

**CRM Management**:

- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Use CRM software to record interactions, sales, service requests, and feedback.
- Generate reports on customer trends, feedback, and engagement.
- Implement customer loyalty programs, special offers, and feedback campaigns.
- Send regular updates, promotional messages, and event invites to customers.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic data entry software.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, accounts).

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
