**About Us**:
We're seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our team in Mohali. As a Process Trainer, you'll be responsible for training new hires on domestic and international processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new hires on domestic and international processes
- Develop and implement effective training programs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure trainees meet requirements
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of experience in process training or a related field
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international processes
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
