**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and visually appealing graphics for a variety of printing and signage projects.
- Develop layouts and designs for brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other print materials.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are accurately translated into print.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and software developments.
- Provide creative input and suggest improvements to existing designs.
- Communicate effectively with offshore developers to ensure scope, quality, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Develop documentation for complex design systems and processes.

**Required Skill Sets**:

- Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant graphic design software.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for layout and composition.
- Experience in desktop publishing tools.
- Acute vision and attention to detail.
- Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Openness to learning and a teachable spirit.

**Additional Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D design, communication design, film/television, fine art, illustration, photography, and visual art.
- Awareness of current trends and happenings in the design industry.
- Opinionated yet non-biased with a streak of real creativity.
- Experience in working with offshore teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proven ability to develop documentation for complex systems.
- Friendly and self-motivated with a keen ability to multitask.
