**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching and innovative designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Work closely with clients and the creative team to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing professionals, and other team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of visual assets, including image libraries and brand guidelines.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma (12th) or equivalent.
- Professional training or certification in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
