**Position - Data Entry Operator**

**Role**:
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Responsibity:

- Take the details of dispatch schedule on the board.
- Scrutiny of the TPL as per project OC No scheduled for dispatch.
- Collecting of Transfer Note as per project.
- Material collection as per TPL from consult department.
- Loading the material as sequence.
- Loading details given to DEO for making packing list.
- After the complete loading take photo of each vehicle (local and outstation).
- Making project wise folder for all photos in computer for all Day to day dispatch.
- Maintaining the FG glass storage area & visual board update daily basis.

**Pre-requisites**
- Bachelor’s degree/ BA/BBM/BCOM/ BSC
- Relevant work experience
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Documentation and organization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

**Other Tasks**

- Daily production report updating
