**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Industry Outreach**: Visit local industries and manufacturing units to introduce **MacHanas** as a platform for procuring spare parts, consumables, and accessing repair services.
- **Onboarding Clients**: Build a portfolio of companies to onboard them onto the **MacHanas** platform, ensuring they are familiar with the benefits of the platform for their procurement needs.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and they receive quality service.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand client requirements and provide recommendations for spare parts, tools, and consumables that match their needs at competitive rates.
- **Customer Support**: Provide ongoing support for customers' subsequent purchases, assisting with procurement queries, and ensuring a smooth process for future orders.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities, along with insights for improving sales and customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales in the industrial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate product solutions.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with industrial spare parts or manufacturing consumables is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and onboarding.
