We are looking for a skilled SAP Localization Product Expert to join our team in India. You will be responsible for managing and improving SAP localization solutions for the Indian market, with a focus on Finance and Logistics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver localized SAP solutions with embedded AI that meet the unique needs of Indian customers.

**What you’ll do**:

- Localization Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for SAP products in India, focusing on Finance and Logistics. Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and opportunities to leverage AI for localized solutions.
- Product Development: Work with development teams to define product requirements and prioritize feature enhancements based on customer feedback. Collaborate with global product management teams to align with overall product roadmap.
- Customer Engagement: Gather feedback and requirements from customers to validate product enhancements. Engage with user groups and conduct regular meetings to understand localization needs.
- Project Management: Lead localization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements. Monitor progress and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Indian regulatory requirements related to Finance and Logistics. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
- Sales Support: Work with sales teams to provide product expertise and support during pre-sales activities. Conduct product demonstrations and participate in customer meetings to showcase the value of localized SAP solutions.
- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for internal teams and customers to ensure effective product utilization.

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and/or Logistics functions within SAP ERP systems.
- At least 12 years relevant experience with a minimum of 8 years in the SAP ecosystem, ideally in product management, consulting, pre-sales, solution advisory, software development, or AI
- Good understanding of legal requirements and business practices in India, across finance and logistics processes.
- Excellent product management skills, including requirements analysis, portfolio management, release planning, communication
- Experience working in globally distributed organizations and being a great team player
