Located on Victoria's Great Ocean Road, RACV Torquay Resort is set on an expansive golf course with spectacular ocean views and direct beach access. The resort boasts state of the art conferencing & events facilities, a trio of dining options and various amenities for guests to enjoy. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic F&B Attendant to join our team.

**A day in the life**

Our F&B Attendants are the face of our Food & Beverage team. So, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, has a can-do attitude and a 5-star approach to customer service.

As an F&B Attendant, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our members and guests by displaying your passion for hospitality and all things F&B related.

The position is a casual position and weekend availability is essential. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

**We’re looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced F&B environment.
- A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service.
- A valid Victorian RSA.
- Exceptional communication skills and a bright & friendly personality.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team.
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Full working rights in Australia.
