Bela Blue Kitchen is a cozy, vibrant restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. We offer a range of delectable dishes and focus on providing exceptional service and memorable dining experiences to our guests. We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic, customer-focused Female waitresses to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests warmly and in a friendly manner.
- Present menus to guests, provide detailed descriptions of food and beverages, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor guests’ needs throughout the dining experience and offer assistance as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring cleanliness at all times.
- Handle cash and process payments via cash or card accurately and politely.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Assist in maintaining restaurant inventory, such as keeping track of stock levels of cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests and staff.
- Uphold the standards and reputation of **Bela Blue Kitchen** at all times.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages (training can be provided).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
