Field Supervisor

**Position: Field/Sr. Field Coordinator (Doorstep banking)**

**Location: Gulabarga-KA**

**Experience**: 1-8 years in Bank/Microfinance/FI/NBFC/BFSI/Collection/any Sales/Fieldwork/Social sector/NGO etc.

**Salary**: As per market norms

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Role**:

- Please note you will be **working on behalf of Public sector/Government Bank** for providing **end to end banking operations** like:

- Agent assisted commerce, Doorstep banking transactions.
- Account opening, Loan processing, Loans Documentation, verification, disbursement, repayment collections etc.
- Wallet top-up/Fund/Wage/ Pension disbursement to beneficiaries.
- Bill Payments ,Remittance ,Fund transfer, Aadhaar enabled payments
- Managing a team of Business Correspondents & Field executive
- Relationship Management with company and Bank Branch.
- Willing to travel in your Region

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
