IEMS is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Education Counsellor** with fluency in both **Hindi and English** to guide students in choosing academic programs that suit their career aspirations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in student counselling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counselling**.
- **Program Information Dissemination**.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-up.**:

- **Admissions Assistance**.
- **Relationship Management**.
- **Data Management.**

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counselling or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in both Hindi and English is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach when dealing with students and parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
