**JOB BRIEF:

Career Counselors provide guidance to those facing uncertainty about job-related decisions. Though career counselors typically assist students, they may also serve established workers seeking to pivot into alternative professions.

**JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Developing a comprehensive plan for career development based on each student’s interests, needs, and goals.
- Conducting assessments to determine an student’s interests, aptitudes, and personality traits that could impact their success in a particular career field
- Converting walk-ins and telephonic inquiries of all the courses into enrollments and ensuring good recruitment of students and smooth joining of the same
- Working on leads generated and converting it into the admissions.
- Recommending educational opportunities such as vocational training or job prospectus courses that may lead to a career change.
- Taking walk-in and telephonic inquiries about all the courses
- Achieving target enrollments
- Ensuring sending of all the required daily reports (query/admissions tracker) on time

**EDUCATIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Any Bachelor Degree or Master Degreewith the knowledge of Counseling for different courses.
- Good in Communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi speaking.
- Excellent Telephonic communication skills.
- Target Driven.
- Freshers or 1 to 3 Years of experience in career counseling at any educational sectors.
- Only Females are considered for this job role.
- Ready to relocate Mumbai, Maharashtra.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
