**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and maintain operational reports related to inventory, sales, and supply chain.
- Manage backend data systems to ensure data integrity and real-time availability.
- Coordinate with restaurant outlets to collect and consolidate daily reports.
- Assist in analyzing data trends to support inventory planning and staffing decisions.
- Ensure regular and timely MIS reporting to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and update data records as required.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Support implementation of new backend processes or systems.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Information Systems, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field**.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of database tools.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and backend inventory tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in F&B or retail operations.
