**Activities**:
1st level support for the international IT service desk
- Telephone support (recording, analyzing and solving support requests, including infrastructure)
- Ticket processing,
- general troubleshooting in SAP and CRM
- User administration: creation and assignment of authorizations
- SCM: Checking RFCs and bookings, checking and maintain the order chain and master data
- SD: Check and maintain orders, invoices, deliveries
- PP: Maintain production orders
- WM / EWM: 1st level troubleshooting
- PLM: Workflow processing
- Customizing: creation / maintain via SPRO
Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
