**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a well-spoken and organized **Academic Counselor & Front Desk Executive** to manage student inquiries, admissions, and front desk operations. The role involves **counseling students, handling calls, coordinating class schedules, and maintaining student records** while ensuring smooth office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling & Admissions**: Guide students on course selection, explain admission procedures, follow up with leads, and ensure enrollment.
- **Class & Student Management**: Maintain student attendance, batch schedules, and update students on course details.
- **Telecalling & Lead Conversion**: Make outbound calls, follow up with potential students, and convert inquiries into admissions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Education, or Communication).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in counseling, front desk, or telecalling (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal & written communicationin Bengali & Hindi, MS Office proficiency, multitasking ability, and a customer-service approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
