**ROLE: Personal Assistant**
**Reporting to: CEO**
**Timing: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM**
**Job Nature: Full Time**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and organize calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain files and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- **Communication**:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate communication between the executive and CEO for meetings
- **Travel Management**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of travel and events
- Track ticket confirmation, event timings, food and stay if required
- Prepare travel expense reports and manage travel related budget
- **Meeting Preparation**:
- Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings, and other important engagements.
- **Confidentiality & Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Handle personal errands and tasks as required.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Education and Experience**:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 0 - 1 year of experience supporting executives.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
