Coding Blocks is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Academic Counselor (Sales) to join our team in Noida. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and ensuring their academic goals align with our offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and education, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the educational needs and career goals of prospective students and provide guidance on the most suitable courses and programs.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students regarding course content, schedules, fees, and admission requirements.
- Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate prospective students about Coding Blocks' offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective students to nurture leads and facilitate the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively position Coding Blocks' programs in the market.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Provide feedback to the management team on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and suggest areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Sales, Marketing, Education, Computer Science, etc.).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in counseling or admissions will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of programming languages and technologies is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,720.26 - ₹32,873.37 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
