We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive (Female) to manage Calls And Mails Of Customers, who will offer excellent customer service and support. You will Do Callings Resolve issues of Customers and oversee customer service. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for Creating a Good Impact On the Company and ensuring that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.

To succeed as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mentoring the representative and mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.
Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Maintaining Reports of Call And Mails.
- Creating Good Impact on Play Store & Apple App Store By Calling Customers.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Customer Support Executive Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-year experience.
- Good Command Over English And Hindi Languages.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- This Job Requirement Is Only For Females.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
