**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Academics**:

- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships.
- Evaluate students through assessments, assignments, and examinations.

**Research & Publications**:

- Conduct high-quality research in pharmaceutics, including drug delivery systems, formulation development, and nanotechnology.
- Publish research articles in indexed journals (SCI, Scopus, PubMed, etc.).
- Guide and mentor students in research projects and publications.

**Curriculum Development & Accreditation**:

- Assist in designing and updating the Pharmaceutics syllabus as per PCI, UGC, and NEP 2020 guidelines.
- Participate in accreditation processes like NAAC, NBA, and other quality initiatives.

**Industry Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Establish partnerships with pharmaceutical industries, research labs, and regulatory bodies.
- Encourage patent filings and industry consultancy projects.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures on emerging trends in pharmaceutics.

**Academic Administration & Mentorship**:

- Participate in departmental activities, meetings, and university committees.
- Mentor and guide students in career counseling and professional growth.
- Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities in the university.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Educational Qualification**:

- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics (preferred) OR M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics with significant research and teaching experience.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Pharmacy (B.Pharm & M.Pharm) from PCI-approved institutions.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of academic or industry experience preferred for M. Pharm holders.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Expertise in pharmaceutics, drug formulation, and advanced drug delivery systems.
- Strong research background with publications in reputed journals.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with LMS, e-learning tools, and digital teaching methodologies.
- Ability to handle laboratory equipment and research tools in pharmaceutics.
