Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Assistant Professors in the areas of Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Health Care, Operations & Supply Chain and Finance to deliver high-impact learning and contribute to academic excellence at RMS Business School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in the assigned specialization.
  • Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools aligned with industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide students on academic, career-related matters and Placement
  • Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, research activities, and institutional events.
  • Engage in curriculum development, faculty development, and quality assurance activities.
  • Publish research papers and contribute to knowledge creation in your area of expertise.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (MBA/M.Com/M.Tech or equivalent) in the relevant specialization from a recognized institution. UGC NET Qualified candidates will be given preference.(Ph.D. preferred or in progress)
  • 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience preferred (fresh Ph.D. holders may also apply).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching, research, and continuous learning.
