**What You'll Do**

The IT Support is expected to maintain the computer networks, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support is required to monitor and maintain the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.

**What You Will Work On**
- An IT Support is expected to work within the IT Service Management system, log, process, perform, and escalate tickets and service requests.
- Perform user onboarding, account management and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot end user and IT systems/infrastructure issues.
- Some ability to be available on-call should critical issues arise, participate in planned out of hours maintenance
- Participate in day-to-day IT and Operations processes
- Perform end user system maintenance, upkeep, and security per Mobile Heartbeat standards and Network Administrator guidelines
- Monitor and maintain Infrastructure and systems
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, Knowledge Base articles
- Challenge existing work practices and suggest new approaches, where appropriate
- Partake in any other duties as needed when priorities change.

**The skills and qualifications you'll need-**
- Degree/Master’s in Engineering (Software/IT/Information is preferred)
- 5+ Years of experience in IT.
- Software/Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- IT support experience in Mobile Devices - Android/iPhone
- Experienced in Windows Server / Active Directory, Networking, Firewalling and Virtualization
- Knowledge in Office 365 / Azure AD, VPN and Remote Access
- Experience in Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence, etc), Linux/Unix, VOIP/SIP/Telephony

VMware vSphere/vCenter & Desktop Virtualization
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and helping out in every part of the business as required
