**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Academic Program Implementation**

Responsible for the academic calendar implementation as per the direction of the HOD/Principal and ensure that the result of the programs is as per the benchmarks.

Responsible for on time completion of batch/courses, review and syllabus for the maximum utilization of time and resources & give quality sessions to the students

Responsible for conducting the exams timely as per the direction of HOD/Principal.

Responsible for the proper coordination with academic/operations department for the materials supply and for proper support in all aspects of academic level improvement

Responsible to ensure all essential resource material is available for use as required.

Responsible for executing any change that suggested by the management to improve the quality of teaching

Responsible to establish a climate in which students can develop self-discipline.

Responsible to maintain communications with parents or guardians regarding the total school program, student achievement, placement and behaviour.

Responsible to ensure the development of the Curriculum to keep up to date with relevant changes and to encourage a wide range of activities to learn the language with practical skill.

**Quality & Discipline Management**

Responsible for maintaining a minimum of 90% satisfaction rate from the students after the periodical feedback analysis.

Responsible to ensure that the students’ decorum/policies are implemented in the institution. Maintain the decorum & monitor the disciplinary areas and make sure that the policy and systems are in place.

Responsible to conduct one on one meeting with the students if they need any kind support in academics for their improvement

Responsible for taking the attendance of students on a daily basis accurately

Responsible to do the Monthly progress report (students’ academic evaluation report) of the students

Responsible to familiarize with the general student progress and to assist in its improvement

Responsible to conduct the classes as per the time table directed by the HOD/ Principal.

Responsible to ensure that the students are provided with the materials at the right time, coordinate with the Academic affairs team and ensure that material supply is on time and effective.

**Reports & Review meeting**

Accountable for attending the daily, weekly and monthly periodical review with the management.

Accountable for submitting daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly report for review, evaluation and corrective measures.

Responsible for reporting the breaches in the benchmarks, policies, systems of the institute.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 5 years (preferred)
- Making lesson Plans: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 7 years (preferred)

**Language**:
