We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team onsite. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing user-centric digital experiences that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user needs to inform design decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and user expectations.
- **Testing and Iteration**: Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and insights.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain a consistent design language and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve UX challenges to deliver seamless user experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centric design processes.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final deliverables.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
