**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. You will work closely with senior designers and the marketing team to create compelling visuals that align with our brand identity and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of digital and print assets such as social media posts, brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch is an advantage.
