We are looking for a motivated and talented **IoT Developer** to join our team at **Tech4Biz Solutions Pvt Ltd**. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the **ESP32 microcontroller** and contribute to the development and enhancement of IoT-based solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work on **IoT projects** utilizing the **ESP32 microcontroller**.
- Design, develop, and implement embedded solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to build and test IoT devices.
- Work on integrating sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.) with the ESP32.
- Work with cloud platforms to push and retrieve data from IoT devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to IoT systems.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of **IoT technologies** and **microcontrollers**.
- Hands-on experience with **ESP32 microcontroller** (or similar).
- Familiarity with embedded programming languages like **C/C++**.
- Understanding of **Wi-Fi/Bluetooth** communication protocols.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Basic knowledge of **IoT cloud platforms** (like AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Electronics and Communication Engineering**, **Computer Science**, or related fields.
- **Fresher** or mínimal work experience in embedded systems, microcontrollers, or IoT development.
- A passion for learning and developing new IoT technologies.

**Work Environment**:

- This is a **work-from-office** position at our Tech4Biz Solutions Pvt Ltd headquarters. You will work closely with senior developers and engineers, gaining hands-on experience in the IoT industry.
