**Position**: Purchase Executive
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1-3 years (with experience in replenishment)
**Location**: Panchkula
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month
**Availability**: Immediate joiner needed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and forecast future replenishment needs to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- **Procurement**: Source, negotiate, and procure goods and materials from local and international suppliers at competitive prices.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality standards and timely deliveries.
- **Purchase Orders**: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- **Cost Optimization**: Analyze and reduce procurement costs while maintaining product quality.
- **Reporting**: Maintain and update procurement records, including reports on purchase activities and supplier performance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in **replenishment** and inventory management.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (if applicable).
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
