- Provide detailed information to clients about share market processes, including buying/selling of stocks,
- Assist clients with their account-related queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of client requests related to stock trading, account management, and other share market processes.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in share market regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

**You Have**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role, with a focus on share market processes (stocks, trading, investment).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of stock market processes and basic financial concepts.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Proficient in using MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
